If Blizzard added player homes, not like garrisons but ACTUAL customizable homes, I’d die from sheer happiness.
Heyo, I really admire your art and I have a question. How do you suggest I should practice drawing? Like if I wanted to learn how to draw bodies, what methods do you suggest I do to get better.
Anonymousother than just practicing consistently, i think it helps to have a focus! i’ve elaborated on that on posts like this one, this one, and this one
but basically:
- set a goal for yourself, and then a lot of small and specific goals that would help you lead to that big goal (eg. learning hand anatomy, practicing how to draw fists and how to draw open hands, then hands in other poses as a part of how to draw hands in general)
- observe your own art, as well as other people’s art. how did they do what they did? why does it look good? or why doesn’t it look good? what’s something you would do differently? what’s something they did that you could experiment with? etc. then keep the notes you make in mind when you do your own work.
- find help! this can be as simple as looking up an anatomy diagram or art tutorial, or as far as finding yourself an art mentor. google helps a lot and there’s a lot of books, helpful youtube art channels, and online art courses you could check out too. the point is it’s pretty hard sometimes to learn things purely with your own effort and experience, so stuff like getting a mentor and reading books can give you a huge boost
